You need the free software Acrobat/Adobe Reader. You can view (read) a
PDF file with Acrobat Reader. I recommend, that you get the latest
version. You get Adobe Reader from Adobe in many countries. Some of them

What you download, is a zipped PDF file, but as an
self-exctacting .exe file. When you have downloaded and found (1) the
